About your host
My name is Alon, I was born in Tel Aviv Israel and I have been in the hospitality and restaurant business for over 30 years. Food is where my passion and soul is. I grew up watching my other cook and my father bake from an early age.
I worked for several resorts and hotels in Israel, and after I completed my education At Tadmor University, I have had the chance to travel to different countries and work for several different high-end hotels.
Travel goes along with cooking, they are both intertwined. Knowing a countries cuisine will make you understand better their culture.
Sincerely,
Chef and Host
